Fresh Cut Grass is a weekly podcast in which hosts Jeff Fowler and Tanner Delvalle, Commercial Horticulture Educators with Penn State University, discuss various turfgrass topics with industry professionals from around the US. Topics include all aspects of sports turf management, lawn care, parks, golf, and any other professional turf. Tanner and Jeff have Zachary Longenecker on the show. Zachary is one of only two groundskeepers in the United States to manage a field that is managed outdoors and played on indoors! The Las Vegas Raiders play at Reliant Stadium, which is a natural grass surface that moves outside during the week and moved inside for games. He talks about the turf management challenges that most people wouldn’t consider.
